Advance payment (following the conditions set in the section on Rates and Conditions for Reservation) is required upon reservation since we operate on a first-come-first served basis.
Payments can be made in Philippine currency, US dollars or Euro dollars. We accept direct payments, bank transfers, or remittances through PayPal or Western Union. Arrangements for payment of the reservation fee will be made separately with each interested party.
Interested parties need to fill-up a Reservation Form and a Client Profile form along with their paid reservations for Casa Amar.
For short-stay clients, a Lease Agreement will also be signed upon the client’s arrival. For long-term occupants, a Lease Contract will be forwarded for the client’s approval and signature upon reservation. The Lease Agreement or Contract is designed for our mutual protection. It also incorporates the rules set by the Olympic Heights Condominium Association.
